What do I need to do to join the Food & Drink network? I am an ITI member and am now coming out of the other side of small children enough to be able to go to events again. It's so true about the differences in recipe styles. English readers seem to expect more step-by-step hand holding than Swedes, as Swedish recipes will often say "step 10, place in the oven that you have heated to 180 degrees" rather than telling you to pre-heat the oven in step one.
